The Chestnut-backed Antshrike ( Thamnophilus palliatus ) is a species of bird in the Thamnophilidae family. Rio de Janeiro Botanic Garden, Brazil. Portuguese name: Choca listrada. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and heavily degraded former forest in Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru.
